Introduction
My name is Jeremy Leon, I am 19 years old. I am an undergraduate Nutrition and Culinary Management student and I love to cook. I have been working as a Sous-Chef in a ballroom in Times Square for the past two years although I started off just doing prep for the line cooks. My other passion is MMA. I have competed Nationally in Muay Thai and competed amateurly in MMA as well. I am a Muay Thai Coach part time as well and a huge UFC fan. I want to get my degree in LaGuardia to have a better resume for the career path I have decided to take.
